Open to Distilleries, Importers and Brand Portfolios. Event Registration Includes per Venue: Opportunity to SELL bottles through 501c3 Liquor License Account, One 6’–8’ Table, Admission for 2Staff, Special Discount on VIP Tickets, Complimentary Parking, Brand Table Signage, Brand and Product Listing/Inclusion in Printed Program, Bottled Water, Dump Bucket, Refuse, Souvenir Pics and Limited Electrical Access, All Guests Receive a Souvenir Shot Glasses with Pour Limit Line.

Event Registration Fees

Each City Event Requires a Registration Fee:

International Brands – $250 per Event City
Local Distilleries – $185 per Event City
Winery/Cidery/Brewery – $100 per Event City

Please Note – DISTILLERIES – Please bring inventory for on-site resale and Invoice WA Wine Guild. The WA Wine Guild 501c3 Charity Liquor Licensee can “Option to Purchase Bottles of Select Spirits” (per Wholesale Price) per Event for On-Site Resale from International/National Suppliers.

Product details and wholesale pricing must be confirmed by 21 days prior to event for inclusion in program and square commerce menu. Charity will resell @ < 20% above wholesale as a consumer purchase incentive with ZERO Local Sales Tax!

Vendor Requirements: Product for Sampling, Tablecloths / Signage, Pour Spouts (*WA State Maximum Legal Spirits Sampling Size is 0.25 oz per Pour), Proof of Event Liability Insurance Certificate, Provide Wholesale Pricing for Charity Use.
